  • Service Disruption: If there is a service outage or disruption caused by BundleInternetTv lasting more than 24 hours, and it is not due to external factors (such as weather or third-party outages), you may qualify for a partial refund or credit toward your next billing cycle.

  • Billing Errors: If you are incorrectly charged for services not received, we will investigate your claim and, if validated, issue a refund or credit for the overcharged amount.

  • Overpayment: In case of an overpayment, we will issue a refund or apply the overpayment as a credit to your account.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us of the issue within 30 days of the billing date or service disruption.
  • Refund requests should be submitted by contacting us at info@bundleinternettv.com, including relevant details such as your account information, the service in question, and the reason for the refund request.

Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are non-refundable:

  • Installation and Activation Fees: Fees for service installation, activation, or equipment are non-refundable unless the installation or activation was not successfully completed by BundleInternetTv.

  • Partial Month Service: If you cancel your service in the middle of a billing cycle, no refunds or credits will be given for the remaining portion of that month’s service.

  • Third-Party Services: We do not issue refunds for services or products provided by third parties (such as apps, streaming services, or other platforms) that are accessible through our internet or cable service.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. If that payment method is no longer available (e.g., a closed bank account), alternative arrangements can be made.
